A young farmer and an oreum ranger use a rope and pole to rescue a drifting tewak along Jeju’s volcanic coast, as a winged black horse crosses Halladay mountain.

Before dusk, the farmer needs to hang old bamboo chimes for tangerine pickers.

On Jeju’s volcanic coast, a pony and his grandmother cross the basalt to deliver a message, guided by hope and minhwa wisdom.

At dusk below Seongsan Ilchulbong, Stone Grandfather guards the orange lantern at the tide gate, waiting for the haenyeo to return.
